PURPOSE:To prevent a customer from talking time for data input operation at the time of transaction and to prevent a transaction processing system manager from talking time for the service related to the data input operation of the customer. CONSTITUTION:When a transaction information storing means C stores transaction information in a transaction history information storage means D at the time of performing the transaction processing based on information inputted from an input means A. When an information extraction indicating means E indicates extraction of input transaction information, an information extracting means P extracts input transaction information, which may be probably used for following transactions, based on information stored in the transaction history information storage means D, and an output means G outputs this information in a prescribed form. Outputted input transaction information is selected by a selecting means H on demand and is used in the input means A. |
