<p>The invention concerns compounds of formula (I) in which: R, R1 and R'1 each represent hydrogen, (C1-C4) alkyl, (C1-C4) alkoxycarbonyl, (C2-C4) alkenyloxycarbonyl, phenyl (C1-C4) alkoxycarbonyl, (C1-C4) alkanoyl, phenyl (C1-C4) alkanoyl, phenyl (C1-C4) alkyl (C1-C4) alkanoyl; R2 represents piperidin-1-yl, spiro[(C3-C6) cycloalkane-1,4'-piperidin]-1-yl, 1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridin, hexahydro-1H-azepin-1-yl, heptahydroazocin-1-yl, octahydro-1H-azonin-1-yl (a) (A' -B being -CONR', R' = H or (C1-C4) alkyl; m and p = 1 or 2; (b) (Q = C or N, D being (C1-C4) alkyl or -CH2CF3, r = 1 to 3); R3 represents hydrogen, (C1-C5) alkyl, linear or branched; -COR5 [R5 is (C1-C4) alkyl, -(CH2)nOCH3, -CH2O(C2H4O)nCH3, -(CH2)nCF3, -(CH2)n OH (n = 1 to 4)], SO2R6, -CONHR6, -SO2N(R6)2 [R6 = (C1-C4) alkyl]; R4 represents H or halogen, A represents halogen, phenyl, a heterocyclic compound, cyclo(C5-C8) alkyl.
