The invention relates to the use of Hsp70 protein or fragments thereof to activate NK cells and to pharmaceuticals, medicinal products or medicinal adjuvants containing an Hsp70 protein or fragments thereof or activated NK cells. The invention also relates to a method for activating NK cells and the medical applications of the products obtained through the inventive method.
