PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a design technology for a retaining wall block capable of applying design by using a stain to the contrary by paying attention to the stain of a wall surface being a usual controversial point when applying the design to the wall surface of the retaining wall block. SOLUTION: Plural flat division surfaces 2 partitioned by a joint groove 10 are formed on a wall surface 1. Then, a partial flat division surface among the flat division surfaces is formed on a fouling restraining division surface 20 by performing fouling restraining processing on a concrete texture, and a residual flat division surface is formed on a texture division surface 21 still in the concrete texture.
