PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automate excavation operation, and to excavate soil and sand with high efficiency. SOLUTION: The caisson cutting-edge section excavator is composed of a truck 4 for going-around capable of being revolved along a guide rail 2 fixed onto an inner circumference in the vicinity of the cutting edge section 1a of a caisson 1, a linear guide 5 fixed onto the truck 4 for going-around and inclined in approximately parallel with the caisson cutting-edge section 2a, a support base 6 being supported to the linear guide 5 and capable of vertically moving and an excavator body 100 being installed to the support base 6 and continuously excavating a ground, moving in an endless manner in parallel with the linear guide 5.
