PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a design technology for a heaping-up block retaining wall capable of applying design by using a stain to the contrary by paying attention to the stain of a wall surface being a usual controversial point when applying the design to the heaping-up block retaining wall. SOLUTION: A heaping-up block retaining wall is newly constructed by using a heaping-up block (a space placing block). Then, the heaping-up block retaining wall is constructed by using a fouling restraining wall surface block 1 having a wall surface formed as a fouling restrasining surface 10 by performing fouling restraining processing on a concrete texture and a texture wall surface block 2 having a wall surface formed as a texture surface 20 still in the concrete texture.
