PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain image data with an excellent S/N even when an exposure time is comparatively long. SOLUTION: When a shutter is open, a storage mode is set, image data are acquired thereby (A1), and then the shutter is closed to obtain the stored mode, subtraction data between the image data and black image data are obtained (A2), the processing as above is repeated to acquire image data (A1) and to acquire subtraction data (A2), and the subtraction data are summed (A3). Then the operations of the A1, A2, A3 are repeated for a prescribed times to update summing data and the image is processed on the basis of the summing data that are updated.
