PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved saddle for piping with favorable handiness and enhanced workability. SOLUTION: In a composition of a pedestal fitting, a pair of stepped parts is raised from both ends of a bottom plate, a pair of horizontal parts is provided in an outer sides of the pair of stepped parts, a pair of side plates is raised from outer sides of the pair of horizontal parts, one end of a fastening plate is connected to an upper part of one of the pair of side plates via a hinge part or a rotating part of a combining type or the like, and an engaging pawl for locking another end of the fastening plate is provided in an upper part of another of the side plates. In a composition of the fastening plate, the one end is rotatably connected to the upper part of the one side plate of the pedestal fitting via the hinge part or the rotating part of the combining type or the like, and a slit like through hole for inserting through the other side plate of the pedestal fitting and hooking and locking the engaging pawl provided on the other side plate is formed near the other end. A pipe arranged in an inner side space of the pedestal fitting is held and fixed by hooking and locking the slit like through hole to the engaging pawl of the pedestal fitting by a rotating operation of the fastening plate.
