PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame retardancy-enhanced polyamide resin composition having extremely high flame retardancy, generating no highly corrosive hydrogen halide gas on combustion, excellent in mechanical characteristics and tenacity and, moreover, hardly causing bleeding. SOLUTION: The flame retardancy-intensified polyamide resin composition comprises the following components, (a) 30-85 wt.% of a polyamide resin, (b) 5-40 wt.% of an adduct formed from melamine and phosphoric acid, (c) 5-50 wt.% of an inorganic filler and (d) 0.01-5 wt.% of a monoester derivative from a polyalkylene polyhydric alcohol and a 10-30C higher fatty acid, components (a) through (d) adding up to 100 wt.%.
