PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure to facilitate assembling a sunshade of a sun roof device and mounting a stopper and lower costs in manufacturing. SOLUTION: The sunshade 11 is mounted on a guide groove 13 in a way reciprocatingly guiding the sunshade. A drain piece 14 is mounted on a back end of a guide rail 80 including the guide groove 13. A pair of upper and lower guide pieces 141, 142 is formed on a side face of the drain piece 14 in a way having the same vertical width as the guide groove 13. A hole 143 is formed between one guide face 141 and the back end part of the guide groove 13 and a stopper 16 is engaged into the hole 143.
