PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding apparatus which is repaired only by replacing only worn parts while keeping a winding shaft installed on a scrap winding apparatus. SOLUTION: The winding shaft has a plurality of winding parts which are tapered off toward the tip side through steps an sleeves which have equal outside diameters and excellent in wear resistance are inserted and fixed on each winding part. A locking cap for preventing the sleeves from dropping out is attached to the tip face of the winding shaft freely detachably. A chamfered part for pulling out the sleeve is provided on the end face of the sleeve on at least one side of the boundary parts of a plurality of the sleeves.
