PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display optimum FFT images in which the fold-back of the waveform of the FFT images is not generated and to construct the environment of FFT diagnosing comfortable to an operator in an ultrasonic image diagnostic device. SOLUTION: An ultrasonic doppler diagnostic device 10 for acquiring the data of the tomographic image of a diagnostic part and the data of the flow rate spectrum of blood flow at an observation position on the basis of reception signals acquired by transmitting and receiving ultrasonic beams to/from the diagnostic part inside a subject and displaying at least the FFT images indicating the temporal change of the flow rate spectrum comprises: a display form setting means 25 for adjusting a flow rate range depending on whether or not the fold-back of the waveform of the FFT images is detected and setting the display form of division display composed of the display area of the FFT image capable of displaying the flow rate range and the display area of the tomographic image; and a display system 13 for displaying the FFT images in the display form set in the display form setting means 25.
