PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner capable of driving a specific load separately driven, during a steady operation of a load for continuous operation without exceeding a power source capacity of a power source circuit, and reducing costs for the power source circuit and an installation space. SOLUTION: This air conditioner has a group of loads including a plurality of loads respectively receiving the supply of electric power from the common power source circuit, and the group of loads has a specific first load unexpectedly driven, and a second load continuously operated. This air conditioner has a control means implementing the control so that the first load is driven in a state that the operation of the second load is reduced in its input in comparison with its steady operation, in driving the first load during the steady operation of the second load, and the recovering motion to the steady operation, of the second load is started after the termination of the driving of the first load.
