<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure higher security of entire matching data than by the case that a fixed value is used for matching. <P>SOLUTION: For each byte of matching data, a matching result is masked with a random number. The random number is divided into an upper nibble and a lower nibble, which are subjected to an OR operation with data, "0x00", to generate data, "four-bit '0' + four-bit random number."
