<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a ceramic electronic component, having outer terminal electrodes which effectively prevent products from adhering to each other through the outer terminal electrodes with suppressing the performance deterioration of the electronic component itself, without deteriorating the productivity and the work efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a ceramic electronic component, having outer terminal electrodes, comprises a step of preparing an element body having a ceramic layer and an outer electrode paste containing conductive powder and glass component, a step of coating the element body with the outer terminal electrode paste and then drying to form green electrodes, a step of depositing metal powder to the green electrodes, and a step of baking the green electrodes with the metal powder deposited thereto and form the outer terminal electrodes. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
