A voltage detector circuit (55) detects voltage difference between two points of a current path phase, which is situated along a direction, where the output current flows in the direction. A current transformation circuit (56) calculates a value of the output current on the basis of the voltage difference calculated by the voltage detector circuit and on the basis of the two points of the current path phase.
