PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state imaging device and an electronic camera that uses the same in which simultaneity of an exposure timing in focus detection in one frame is ensured in the solid-state imaging device adopting a pupil division phase different system. SOLUTION: In the solid-state imaging device, at least partial pixels include a plurality of photoelectric conversion parts; a plurality of charge storage parts disposed according to the photoelectric conversion parts for receiving charges from the corresponding photoelectric conversion parts; floating dispersion regions for receiving charges from the plurality of charge storage parts; first transfer parts for transferring charges from the photoelectric conversion parts to the corresponding charge storage parts; second transfer parts for transferring charges from the plurality of charge storage parts to the floating dispersion areas; and microlenses for guiding incident light to the photoelectric conversion parts.
