PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: a case 53 expands and contracts according to changes in temperature of the environments in which it is used but since an acoustic matching member 52 does not expand or contract, operation of an ultrasonic wave oscillator is unstable. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic wave oscillator 1 has flexibility by working out materials to be used for the acoustic matching member 2. The flexibility is obtained by having an organosilane compound 14 to be a raw material for silica dry gel contain a hydrolyzable organic group 17 and a non-hydrolyzable organic group 15 directly combined to an identical silicon 16.
