An LCD module is provided to efficiently perform cooling of a driving IC(Integrated Circuit) which is a heat source by forming a second hole which is an external air inflow by removing a buffer pad where the driving IC is placed, and forming a first hole serving as an internal heat discharge path at an upper portion of an upper frame. A plurality of lamps(21) are arranged in one direction on a cover bottom(20). A light scattering unit(22) is disposed on the plural lamps. A guide panel(23) surrounds a front edge of a side surface of the cover bottom and the lamp. A liquid crystal panel(24) is disposed to hang over a predetermined area of the guide panel. A PCB(Printed Circuit Board)(26) is mounted at one surface of the guide panel. A TCP(Tape Carrier Package) substrate(27) is configured between the PCB and the liquid crystal panel. A plurality of driving ICs are mounted on the TCP substrate. An upper frame(25) includes a first hole(25b) at an upper side portion, through which the air is discharged, and covers the front edge and the side of the liquid crystal panel. A buffer pad includes a second hole(29) through which the air can flow between the liquid crystal panel and the upper frame. |
