<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing device for a driving wheel capable of improving assemble workability and being delivered to an automobile manufacturer as an axle module. <P>SOLUTION: In the bearing device for driving wheel having fourth generation structure, a hub wheel 1 and an outside coupling member 14 are integrally and plastically joined. A sensor 22 is fitted by being inserted into a mounting hole 21 provided so as to pass a knuckle N in the radial direction, and a pulser ring 23 is mounted on the outer peripheral surface of the outside coupling member 14 so as to face the sensor 22 through a predetermined radial clearance. The pulser ring 23 is composed of a support ring 24 formed in a circular shape from a steel plate by pressing, and a magnetic encoder 25 joined to the support ring 24. In the magnetic encoder 25, magnetic material powders is mixed into an elastomer, magnetic poles are magnetized alternately in the peripheral direction, and an outside diameter d of the magnetic encoder 25 is set to be a smaller diameter than the inside diameter D of the knuckle N. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
