<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a server device which can offer a relative related merchandise based on a pictorial information concerning an order, and a print merchandising system with its server device, containing a merchandising effect of equivalent in a usual store or the merchandising effect beyond it, in offering a related merchandise of a photographic print in an online order of a photographic print. <P>SOLUTION: The server device 1 is equipped with an online order receptionist capability of the photographic print. It has: a communication section 10 which receives the pictorial information of the photographic print concerning the online order; a related merchandise storage which stores a data of the related merchandise corresponding to an ordering information contained in the pictorial information; an ordering information analysis section 112 which analyzes the related merchandise corresponding to the ordering information; and a related merchandise searching section 113 which searches an analyzed related merchandise from the related merchandise storage.
