A plasma display device is provided to prevent electrode terminals from being down and short-circuited with each other by using a hydrophobic surface modification processing layer which contains polysiloxane resin as a sealing member. A plasma display device includes a PDP(Plasma Display Panel)(11), a chassis base(15), a PCB(Printed Circuit Board) assembly, a flexible circuit(27), an anisotropy conductive film(29), and a sealing member(23). The PDP is attached to the chassis base. The PCB assembly is mounted on the chassis base. The flexible circuit couples the PCB assembly with electrodes. The anisotropy conductive film is applied between an electrode terminal, which is connected to an electrode, and a terminal, which is formed on the flexible circuit, and electrically couples the terminals with each other. The sealing member seals end portions of the electrode terminal and the flexible circuit. The sealing member includes a hydrophobic layer and an insulation layer.
