PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire capable of reducing dispersion of on-ice performance depending on weather by improving a snow sticking characteristics on a tread face of the pneumatic tire for an icy/snowy road represented by a brand new studless tire. SOLUTION: In the pneumatic tire, a tread part has a tread pattern provided with blocks separated by tire circumferential direction grooves and inclining lag grooves having an inclining angleαequal to or larger than 40°and equal to or smaller than 70°to the tire circumferential direction and sipes are provided at the tread part and shallow surface processed grooves are arranged with a crossing angleβin a range within substantial right angle±10°to the inclining angleαof the inclining lag grooves.
