PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorated molding which consists of a decorative sheet and a molding resin portion, is used in the exterior of e.g. keyboard instruments and furniture and is free from separation in the edges of the decorative sheet. SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a decorated molding comprises preset-molding a decorative sheet 1 having an undercut part 1a, laying the preset-molded decorative sheet 1 in a recessed part 31 of the lower mold 30, causing both sides of the undercut part 1a to be in a temporarily opened state without contact with the lower mold 30, moving an engaging convex part 41 of the core 40 to insert into the decorative sheet 1 and injecting a resin P from a gate part 42a, bringing the outer surface of the undercut part 1a of the decorative sheet 1 into contact with the core 40 and pressing so as to bring the undercut part 1a in close contact with the resin P under the pressure of the resin P, and solidifying and removing the resin P.
