A therapeutic leg strap assembly (10) for the prevention and treatment of blood circulation problems consists of a cuff (16) placed around the lower leg and linked by an elastic strap (46) to a foot stirrup (14). A downward movement of the foot ball stretches the strap. The elastic strap is of adjustable length.
