A gradient the control device contains: an excel position sensor(10) sensing location of an accel pedal; a brake pedal sensor sensing operation of the brake pedal(20); an engine clutch(40) controlling that power of engine is delivered to speed change part; a slope sensor(30) sensing the gradient of the road; a hybrid control unit receiving signals supplied from the excel position sensor, the brake pedal sensor, the slope sensor and the engine clutch and generating the control signal; and a driving part operating engine(110), a generator(120) and an electric motor(130).
