PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, while there is a token lending machine for which a paper money identifying device and a token putout device are housed therein and the prescribed number of tokens are sent out from the token putout device to a token tray by the insertion of paper money, the token putout device is easily pulled out to the front and many tokens housed in a hopper are taken out for free when the door on the front surface side of the token putout device is opened by a fraudulent action in the case of performing inspections or repair or the like by opening the door on the front surface side of the token putout device and pulling out the token putout device to the front for the maintenance of the token putout device or the like, and to prevent the state that the tokens are taken out for free by the fraudulent action. SOLUTION: A manager can manually replenish the tokens to the hopper from the front surface of the token lending machine, and the token putout device can not be pulled out to the front unless a door for token replenishment is opened.
