A fence using a planting roll is provided to improve the thermal island effect of a city generated by shortage of the green area. A fence using a planting roll comprises: a plurality of supporting member(10) vertically located along the installation position; a fiber member(21) located inside, in which both end are inserted to the supporting member while passing through; and a planting roll(20) having an exterior(22) surrounded with the fiber member. The planting roll is inserted to the supporting member to have a space while reciprocally passing through and has a reinforcing core material(24) to prevent the droop of the planting roll. The exterior is made of the shell of jasmine berries and has penetration lattice. Seeds planted in the fiber member grow toward the outer side of the exterior. The fiber member is made of the palm nut fiber.
