DNA APTAMER SPECIFICALLY BINDING TO ARSENIC AND USES THEREOF

<p>PURPOSE: A DNA aptamer which specifically binds to arsenic is provided to specifically remove arsenic and prevent environmental pollution. CONSTITUTION: A DNA aptamer which specifically binds to arsenic comprises one sequence selected among sequence numbers 1 to 8. The DNA aptamer is single stranded DNA. A composition for removing or detecting arsenic contains the DNA aptamer having sequence selected from the sequence numbers 1 to 8. A microarray for detecting arsenic contains a substrate on which the DNA aptamer is conjugated. A kit for detecting arsenic contains the DNA apatamer. A method for detecting arsenic in a sample comprises: a step of contacting a sample which possibly contains arsenic with the DNA aptamer; and a step of detecting binding between the arsenic and DNA aptamer.</p>
