<p>A tunneling device of a tunneling protocol for transmitting packets to a mobile node through a mobile router, a location registering method and a tunneling method are provided to transmit packets from a CN(Corresponding node), from a home agent of the mobile node to an external agent immediately without passing through a home agent of the mobile router, thereby ensuring short transmission delay in comparison with an existing tunneling protocol. In a tunneling device of a mobile IP(Internet Protocol) tunneling protocol for transmitting packets, received from a CN(Corresponding node), to plural MNs(Mobile Nodes) through a MR(Mobile Router), the tunneling device comprises a location registration managing unit and a tunneling managing unit. The location registration managing unit performs location registration of the MNs by matching each CoA(Care of Address) of the MNs and a corresponding MR. The tunneling managing unit forwards tunneling packets. The tunneling packets are generated by encapsulating packets, received from the CN to be transmitted to the MN as a destination, into the CoA of the MN and CoA of the MR.</p> |
