The present invention is related to products and accessories designed for sitting purposes in general, and particularly to articles designed to provide comfort and rest when sitting; more specifically, it refers to a cushion which, besides providing comfort and rest when sitting, it also allows flatulences to be collected and malodours generated thereby to be neutralized, the cushion being characterised in that it comprises a lower cover and an upper cover which are attached together thereby forming an inner gap wherein there are upwardly arranged at least a cushioned sheet and a plastic bag located thereon, said bag filling the remaining portion of the gap for containing gases and including an inlet aperture located at the top portion thereof; The bag comprises a cushioned laminated substrate over which a cushioned sheet is located, this latter element comprising an inlet aperture at the upper portion thereof, which is coincident with the inlet aperture of the plastic bag; an odour n eutralizing agent is added in the inner portion of the plastic bag.
