PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of inspecting a valve spring seat installation state against a cylinder head.SOLUTION: A valve mechanism 30 and an annular groove 22 of a cylinder head 2 are imaged with an imaging device 10 [a step S100]; and it is determined by using the taken image whether or not a clearance CL formed between an outer peripheral surface of a lower spring seat 36 and an outer peripheral surface 22a of the annular groove 22 is constituted in an annular shape [steps S102 to S116]. Then, when the clearance CL is in an annular shape, "a superior installation state" is outputted [a step S118] and in turn the clearance CL is not in an annular shape, "a poor installation state" is outputted [a step S120]. With this arrangement as above, it is possible to inspect an installation state of the lower spring seat 36 against the annular groove 22. Since this is a configuration including a telecentric lens mechanism 46, it is possible to improve accuracy of quality determination of the installation state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 |
