PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an illicit act by a teller and to prevent a useless trouble in the case of changing information of a slip item inputted in an electronic booking machine on a window machine.SOLUTION: When information related to a slip registered by a customer in an electronic booking machine 30 is changed by a window terminal 40, an operation related to change can be performed in the case that it is after the customer is called to a window, that the customer is at the window, and that advance consent to the change is acquired from the customer. In addition, the input of a signature showing that the customer approves changed contents after the change is received by the window terminal 40, information related to the unchanged slip, information related to the changed slip, image information of the signature, or the like is stored as update history information so that they can be inquired afterward.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
