The present invention relates to a hybrid working vehicle and a control method thereof, which allow the detection of the position of a governor lever, the identification of a load, and the determination on whether or not to operate a hybrid mode accordingly. To this end, the present invention is desirable when a position sensor detects the position of a governor lever, to let a control unit check the engine output (RPM) in case of no load corresponding to the detected position of the governor lever, identify the load by comparing the engine output with an engine output in the current working status detected by an RPM sensor, and control the driving of a motor in accordance with the identified load. Accordingly, the present invention checks the load by using the position of a governor lever detected by a sensor, and is able to simply and rapidly check the load applied to a working vehicle and operate the hybrid mode, and to simply constitute a system with only installation of a sensor and reduce the cost for automation. |
