PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method that can preserve liquid tea or pasty tea for an extended period without damaging the flavor of the liquid tea or the pasty tea.SOLUTION: Provided is a preservation method of liquid tea or pasty tea in which liquid tea or pasty tea is preserved in an oxygen-absorbing container in which an oxygen-absorbing multilayer body that includes: an oxygen absorption layer (layer A) that comprises an oxygen-absorbing resin composition that includes a polyester compound and a transition metal catalyst; and a resin layer (layer B) that includes a thermoplastic resin is used in all or one part. The preservation method of liquid tea or pasty tea is that the polyester compound includes a constitutional unit that has at least one tetralin ring. |
