PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat radiation resin sheet which achieves excellent heat resistance stability in a high temperature environment and forms a power module having good heat conductivity with good producibility, and to provide a power module using the heat radiation resin sheet and a manufacturing method of the power module.SOLUTION: A power module includes a heating element and a heat radiation member. In the power module, a heat radiation resin sheet for the power module is disposed between the heating element and the heat radiation member. The heat radiation resin sheet for the power module includes a thermosetting resin (A) and a fibrous filler (B) made of a metal fiber or a carbon fiber.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
