A molding device and method for a sleeve bearing are provided to prevent air from being introduced when the sleeve bearing is impregnated, by installing the molding device in a vacuum box. A molding device(1000) for a sleeve bearing includes a winding roller(200), a crude liquid tank(300), an impregnating roller(400), a driving motor(500), and a control box(600). The winding roller is rotatably installed on one end of a body(100). An original fabric is wound on the winding roller. The crude liquid tank is installed on a bottom surface of the body and has a charging space for charging the crude liquid tank with the crude liquid. The impregnating roller is rotatably installed on the other end of the body, and winds and impregnates the original fabric to which the crude liquid passing through the crude liquid tank is applied. The driving motor is connected to the impregnating roller so as to transfer power to the impregnating roller. The control box controls a rotation force of the driving motor. |
