The present invention relates to a double-sided tape laminating apparatus which removes a protective sheet attached to both sides of a double-sided tape and in which a panel is laminated to each of the adhesive layers on both surfaces exposed to the outside. The double-sided tape laminating apparatus comprises: a double-sided tape supplying section for supplying a double-sided tape having an adhesive layer and a protective sheet on each of both surfaces thereof; a protective sheet separating section for removing and recovering the protective sheet attached to the double-sided tape supplied from the double-sided tape supplying section; a pressurizing section for pressurizing the double-sided tape and a panel to laminate the panel to the adhesive layer of the double-sided tape; a cutting section for cutting the double-sided tape at the border of the panel; and a conveying section for conveying the double-sided tape and the panel attached to the double-sided tape.
