This resin supply material is for use in the press molding or vacuum molding of a fiber-reinforced resin. The resin supply material comprises a reinforcing fiber substrate and a thermosetting resin. The tensile breaking strain of the reinforcing fiber substrate at the temperature T indicated below is 1% or more and/or the tensile strength of the reinforcing fiber substrate at the temperature T indicated below is 0.5 MPa or more. The temperature T is the temperature at which the minimum viscosity of the thermosetting resin is achieved when the thermosetting resin is heated from 40 °C at a heating speed of 1.5 °C/min.
