PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna device capable of achieving excellent communication characteristics while downsizing a housing of an electronic device when being assembled into the electronic device.SOLUTION: An antenna device 1 for an RFID assembled into an electronic device includes an antenna coil 11a wound on a flat surface by making a wound center a coil opening part so as not to surround a periphery of a tabular conductor 133 inside a housing of the electronic device, in a gap 132 between a terminal part 133b of the tabular conductor and an inner peripheral wall 131a of the housing.
