PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slip ring device which inhibits failure of electric conduction between a slip ring and a brush regardless of characteristics and a temperature of a cooling liquid.SOLUTION: A slip ring device 30 includes: a conductive slip ring 31 which may rotate around an axis; a conductive brush 32 which is provided contacting with the slip ring 31; covers 2 and 3 which include a first storage space 4 for storing the slip ring 31 and the brush 32 and include a lubrication oil 50 in the first storage space 4; a temperature sensor 40 which detects a temperature of the lubrication oil 50; a rotary sensor 41 which detects a rotation speed of the slip ring 31; and an ECU 61 which controls energization to the brush 32. The ECU 61 sets an upper limit rotational speed of the slip ring 31 which corresponds to the temperature of the lubrication oil 50 when the temperature of the lubrication oil 50 is lower than a predetermined temperature and controls rotation of the slip ring 31 on the basis of the upper limit rotational speed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
