PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work management system that directly gives instructions to a worker himself who actually performs work, monitors and manages the movement of the worker, and improves variations in efficiency and human errors caused by the learning level for work of the worker.SOLUTION: A work management system 1 enables mutual communication between a wearable device 4 that comprises a lens for outputting a variety of information and a camera for photographing a work site and that is attached to a worker, and a server 2 that has stored mapping information obtained by applying image processing so that the actual work site can be reproduced as an image. The wearable device 4 forms the actual work site within an information space on the basis of the mapping information transmitted by the server 2, and projects it so as to superpose it on an actual visual field through the lens. The server 2 obtains information on the behavior of the worker on the basis of photographic information taken with the camera, and monitors information on the behavior of the worker in the information space.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
