PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing apparatus configured to suppress temperature variation in an endless belt, efficiently.SOLUTION: A fixing apparatus 5 includes: a heater HTR which generates heat inside an endless belt 51; and a reflection member 56 arranged between a nip plate 52 and the heater, to reflect the heat from the heater toward an inner peripheral surface of the endless belt. In a nip section N, a recording sheet is conveyed in a predetermined conveyance direction (FD) to fix a developer image on the recording sheet. The reflection member includes: a reflection unit 56C having a reflection surface for reflecting the heat from the heater; and an upstream end 56FD and a downstream end 56FU arranged conveyance-direction (FD) upstream and downstream of the center of the nip section in the conveyance direction (FD). The reflection unit has a surface inclining so as to approach a pressure roller as it goes from the conveyance-direction (FD) upstream to the downstream.
