摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rare earth magnet which is usable under a high-temperature environment and suppressed in high-temperature demagnetizing factor.SOLUTION: A rare earth sintered magnet is configured so as to contain main phase particles having an Al concentration difference in main phase particles. That is, a rare earth magnet contains crystalline particles having an RTB-type crystal structure as a main phase, the main phase particles contain main phase particles having an Al concentration difference in particles, and when the highest concentration of Al in the main phase particles having the concentration difference is represented by αAl and the lowest concentration is represented by βAl, by setting the concentration ratio A (A=αAl/βAl) of αAl and βAl to 1.10 or more, a crystal magnetic anisotropy distribution is caused to occur in the main phase, thereby making it difficult to suffer a thermal effect and suppressing the high-temperature demagnetizing factor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
