PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separator/intermediate layer laminate having a small area shrinkage rate when the separator is heated, a structure for nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery which uses the separator/intermediate layer laminate and in which at least one pair of the positive electrode and the separator, and the negative electrode and the separator is in firm and close contact, and aqueous latex used to achieve the structure for the nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery.SOLUTION: A separator/intermediate layer laminate comprises a separator for non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery and an intermediate layer provided on at least one principal surface of the separator, and the intermediate layer includes (A) polymer particles containing copolymer which contains a structure unit derived from unsaturated dibasic acid and/or a structure unit derived from unsaturated dibasic acid monoester and a structure unit derived from vinylidene-fluoride-based monomer, and (B) inorganic particles.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
