Provided are an elastic sheet manufacturing device and a manufacturing method thereof. The elastic sheet connects an elongated linear elastic part between a pair of continuous sheets at intervals along with the direction intersected with the continuous direction of the continuous sheets. The elastic sheet manufacturing device includes a joint mechanism, a conveying mechanism, and a winding mechanism, the joint mechanism makes the pair of continuous sheets overlappedly joint while conveying the pair of continuous sheets along the continuous direction of the continuous sheets, the conveying mechanism conveys the continuous body of the linear elastic part toward the part between the pair of continuous sheets which are overlappedly jointed through the joint mechanism, the winding mechanism winds the continuous body of the linear elastic part on the conveying mechanism in an extending manner while discharging the continuous body of the linear elastic part. The conveying mechanism has a pair of conveying parts which are arranged at the end sides which are closer to the intersection direction than the continuous sheets to convey the continuous body of the linear elastic part by taking the length direction of the conveying part as a conveying direction. |
