<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an immunoassay, where human medullasin existing inside a granulocyte as one of leukocyte components in blood can be determined highly accurately with reproducibility with the use of an antihuman medullasin antibody. SOLUTION: According to this immunoassay method for the human medullasin in the blood with the use of the antihuman medullasin antibody, a human blood sample is processed by a water liquid having a specific osmotic pressure which is different from the osmotic pressure of the blood to completely break down leukocytes, and then the human medullasin in the blood sample is determined, using the use of the antihuman medullasin antibody.</p> |
