Described is a cap for bottles or containers, which comprises a tamper-evident outer cap, a tamper-evident inner cap, a sprout, a package, a valve, a bearing and a tube; a mechanism is located at the inner portion of the cap for allowing a liquid to exit and prevent it from entering, which is characterised in that it comprises a pair of infrangible rings which are ruptured upon tampering.
