摘要 Provided are a detection method for predicting the metastasis of gastric cancer to the liver, a detection kit, and a method for screening a medicine which selectively acts on liver metastasis. By targeting SYT7, MFSD4, and ETNK2, the expression of which specifically changes during metastasis of gastric cancer to the liver, postoperative liver metastasis can be predicted or a molecular targeted therapeutic agent can be screened.
