Provided in the present invention are a method and device for transmitting uplink data. The method comprises: transmitting data of a first radio bearer on an unlicensed carrier, where the data of the first radio bearer is preferably transmitted on the unlicensed carrier when available uplink resources are present on both a licensed carrier and the unlicensed carrier, and the data of the first radio bearer is data that not only can be diverted via an unlicensed carrier but can also be diverted by a licensed carrier. The present invention solves the problem of unreasonable utilization of resources allocated by a base station when a terminal is transmitting uplink data, thus achieving the goal of reasonable utilization of uplink resources. |
